How voting turns into a screening (assuming T = 5/26)

• Elimination cadence: Eliminations run nightly from 4/29 (T-27) through 5/4 (T-22), removing the lowest vote-getter each night at midnight until the final four remain.
• Licensing window: The theater works licensing and setup from 5/5 (T-21) through 5/7 (T-19).
• Ticket threshold: Tickets go on sale on 5/8 (T-18), and at least 25 tickets must be sold by 5/11 (T-15).
• Confirmation / refund logic: On 5/12 (T-14), if the threshold is met the screening is confirmed and sales open to the public; if not, the screening is canceled and purchased tickets are refunded.
• Screening day: The movie screens on 5/26 (T-0).
